I think I broke my eyeball.
I think I broke my eyeball last week. Nobody really cared, though. I meant to see my doctor about it, because it hurt, but I never made it in. The pain has eased now, and it’s almost back to normal colour, too.
At the height of the discomfort, I was convinced there was something in it. But looking in the mirror, I couldn’t see the part of my eye that was causing the most pain… looking at it caused me to turn my eye to the side so the injured spot was obscured. So I took a picture of it to see if I could find the source of the pain that way. I had a clear view, but still couldn’t see what was causing the pain. This is what I did see…

yikes! i could tell that was part of an eye. yuck lol hmmm i should take a pic of my bruised hand where my vein just burst on its own causing me pain and swelling. swelling’s down now, but still bruised looking. hope your eye gets better and it’s nothing serious.

Looks like fairies doing that rhythmic dancing with those streamers. I like your take on broken. I am so super paranoid about my eyes that I would have been in an office crying like a baby. “AM I GOING BLIND DOC??????” but that’s me…
