This is my thirty-ninth 55, and my second installment in the series.

She could make commission if she did well, so she’d called him.  He was a family friend… he’d buy just to be kind.  He didn’t buy, but they talked almost an hour.  He asked her to call him back.  She’d enjoyed their chat, but thought it nothing more.  She was awkward… he couldn’t want her.
