For this week’s Thematic Photographic, a photo meme hosted by Carmie over at Written Inc., we are asked to share photographs related to the theme sweet.  This is my take on the theme:

“Let Cierra Eat Cake!” – Photo Date: November 18, 2005

Cierra was twenty months old (a little over a year-and-a-half) in this photo.  Her second-cousin, Ethan, was celebrating his fifth birthday, and the party theme was Blue’s Clues.  I made the pawprint-shaped cake.  Cierra insisted on being neat about eating it.  I was impressed, because her second-cousins (messy, messy boys) were not neat about it.  But isn’t she sweet?  And I don’t just mean because she has icing on her face.
