This is dedicated to a new/old friend. They know who they are.
I took the photo with my old Olympus point-and-shoot (now in the hands of my cousin-in-law, who would like a new camera for Christmas, please) on a slightly-overcast day. I was happy to get what I got, but I do apologize for the fuzziness of the kitty’s outline.

Good on you for repurposing your old equipment. Mine? I keep it sitting around on shelves, gathering dust. Then again, no one wants my old cameras!

Great picture, though it makes me a little sad to think of an animal in captivity. I know that in many cases, keeping them in a zoo is pretty much the only way to ensure that they will survive, but still…
