55 Flash Fiction Friday: Car Game

Friday, January 25th, 2008 @ 8:11 pm | In writing...

This is my twelfth 55. I’m terribly late again. *sigh* Oh, well… here’s my story:

“One… two… three!” He turns to face her, tongue poking out. She faces him and blows him a kiss.
“Aww… you win,” he moans.
“Ready…? One… two… three!”
She blows a raspberry; he sticks his tongue out again.
“Gosh darn you!” she giggles, conceding the round.
“‘Raspberry, Tongue, Kiss’ is a great game!” he exclaims.

what a sweet love game! The only hitch here is That I hate raspberries :D

Is this kind of like paper/rock/scissors? I think I like the game. So what do you win?

    Nice 55.

  4. Smarmoofus Says:

JUST like paper/rock/scissors, yes! We played primarily for entertainment value and bragging rights (keeping track of our number of wins). It kept us amused for a stupidly long time. *fond sigh*

Mona, a raspberry is where you make that sound by putting your tongue between your lips and blowing… in case you don’t know. I’m not sure where you’re from.

Hi Charles! I’m glad this one is more to your thinking. *chuckles*

  8. Erica (Mom's Journal) Says:

Kurt and I used to play slug bug or punch buggy (depending on where you’re from) but because he’s so damn tall he would see them before me and I was always the one getting hit so we changed it to “kissy bug” and made all our friends want to vomit :P

  9. Skittles Says:

I wanted to come by and thank you for your kind words about my daughter’s situation.
